ZOOM for JSAC2020 ad hoc online conference
October 17-18, 2020
To all participants:
Please register for the conference.

Upon registration you will receive two Zoom links with the
passwords.
Please note that the links and passwords for Day 1 and Day 2 are
different.
On the day of the conference:
Please click on the Zoom link you have received and type in the
password.
At the beginning your video and sound will be muted. Please keep
them muted until the presentations finish.
Please unmute video and sound during the Question & Answer
sessions.
You can use the chat function to report on technical issues and
feedback.
While Ms. Michiyo Kagami's performance is on, everyone is expected
to mute.
At the evening reception, everyone can join with video and sound.
Please have a drink (soft drink is fine) to he offer toast.
To presenters:
A moderator will introduce each session and the chair.
The moderator will Spotlight the chair and each presenter, and allow
each presenter to share screen for PPT or other materials.
The chair will mention the title of each presentation and the name
of the presenter.
The chair will keep the time to make sure the session will be
finished according to the schedule.
The chair conducts the Q & A session.
